Our signature class.

Built around the simple idea that strength training followed by a full-body HIIT is the most effective way to improve your body composition. Exercises, reps, tempo and rest vary in each class and target a major muscle group — Upper body, Legs and Core.

Age is no barrier

Our highest calorie burn.

Get your heart rate up in a fun and super effective circuit mix of strength training, calisthenics and functional movements. Our ‘Metabolic Conditioning’ class is designed to test your muscular endurance and cardiovascular stamina through lighter supersets and higher reps. Expect to sweat.

KETTLEBELL COMPLEXES

We love kettlebells and so will you.

This class is designed for all fitness levels and anyone new to kettlebells.  You learn and master the movement patterns of kettlebell training while working on strength, power and conditioning. Kettlebells are super effective for your total body while also challenging your balance and coordination.

Friendly Community

These longer sessions are designed for special events and public holidays.

You’ll love the results you get from these hybrid sessions that mix indoor strength training with short bursts of outdoor runs. Don’t forget your shoes!

Muay Thai (60 min)

MUAY THAI

Taught by current fighters, you will learn real practical self-defense skills.

Classes are run by two coaches to ensure there is a strong focus on beginners. Expect a short warm up using jump ropes, followed by technical movement drills and shadowboxing to learn form. A mix of partner drills, pad and bag work, together with some cardio and body-weight strength training will give you a fun, and highly effective full body workout.

Yoga (60 min)

INSIDE FLOW

You will not find overpowering incense or chanting here. This is a modern take on vinyasa, combining traditional yoga sequences with contemporary music to give a more engaging, fun and immersive experience. You will be moving to a curated playlist selected from all genres ranging from hip hop, pop, to electronic music.

Yoga (60 min)

FLOW

Our flow class takes you through a series of poses at a steady pace. Suitable for all levels with options and modifications offered to cater to each individual. Experience unparalleled comfort for your joints on our highly cushioned floor.
